“My name is Andriy Leonov, I am a student of the initial course of the National University "Kharkiv Aviation Institute". In 2017, when I turned 10, I, together with other orphans of the Trostyanets community of the Sumy region, visited the children summer camp, which was held by the Charitable Foundation "Pryyateli Ditey" with the financial support of UCARE, Inc. Since then, 7 years have passed and during these years I have attended several summer and winter camps such as: "World of the Carpathians", "Vodohray", "Ukraine through the centuries". I always had only positive emotions from the program, atmosphere, as well as from the work of the volunteers carried out during these children camps. 

Then in 2024, I expressed a desire to become a volunteer in the children camp "Ukrainians travel the world" and, despite my young age, I was invited to the team. I really wanted to try myself as a volunteer, arrange a great vacation for children, give a maximum of positive emotions from myself, I wanted to pay back the emotion I got as a child to next generation of the children. It was a useful experience. 

In addition, in the summer of 2024, I took advantage of the request of the coordinator of the "Scholarship" program, Dmytro Samarsky, and took part in an international youth project in Slovakia, which taught me to be confident in myself, broadened my horizons, and gave me positive emotions. I am glad that there are people who care about and orphaned children and youth in Ukraine. UCARE, Inc. gives Ukrainian children and youth in need the opportunity to relax, develop, contribute to their future and take care of others. thank you!”
