Kathy Lucenko Robic joined UCARE’s Board of Directors in February 2024 and currently resides in Mishawaka, Indiana.  Her educational degrees include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in International Business.  Her professional background led to 35 years of key accounts and sales management experience.  While employed with Sony Electronics, Kathy earned a place in Sony’s Samurai Society, the most distinguished and highest honor granted to individuals who demonstrated exceptional leadership and inspiration to others.  After 28 years with Sony, she moved into a consulting role to help sales managers build their strategic sales and management skills in the competitive arenas of professional electronics.  As a first-generation Ukrainian, her passion for all things Ukrainian resonates within UCARE.  She is now dedicated to helping increase awareness of UCARE as well as humanitarian needs in Ukraine. Mentoring future leaders to sustain the organization is one of her priorities.
